Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Think of yourself as having different “parts”—like the part that wants to keep you safe, the part that feels hurt, or the part that believes you’re not enough. Instead of fighting these parts, IFS helps you understand and listen to them with compassion. When these parts feel heard, deep healing happens. You’ll build self-acceptance, heal old wounds, and feel more grounded and in control of your life.

Brainspotting

Sometimes talking isn’t enough to reach the pain stored deep in your body. Brainspotting works by using your eye position to access those hidden places where trauma and stress live. As your nervous system processes what’s been stuck, your body begins to release tension and triggers. Many clients describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

Painful memories can feel overwhelming, even years later. EMDR helps your brain reprocess those experiences so they lose their grip on you. Through gentle eye movements or tapping, EMDR takes the intensity out of trauma. Clients often feel less triggered, more confident, and more at peace with their past.
