I have worked in various capacities in the mental health field for over 16 years and have spent the last 8 years of my career providing direct therapy services to individuals. My experience affords me the opportunity to offer you with an array of innovative interventions to improve your overall mood.

My style of therapy involves active listening, humor and creating a safe therapeutic space which is free of judgment and motivates you to mange life stressors. While in therapy we will work collaboratively by using your strengths, thoughts, feelings and behaviors to determine appropriate coping strategies and solutions as a way to heal.
I utilize an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities in my practice. Some of the most common include: EMDR, Brainspotting, Solution-Focused, Person Centered & ACT.
