What is therapy?

Therapy offers a non-judgmental environment with a licensed professional who can assist you in exploring and gaining strategies to manage your thoughts, feelings & behaviors.

What is your approach to therapy?

I incorporate a number of therapeutic modalities depending upon your area of concern, but here are some of the most common approaches I use:

  • Cognitive Behavior Therapy(CBT)

  • Solution-Focused Therapy 

  • Person-Centered Therapy

Do you accept insurance?

At this time I do not accept insurance. Some insurance companies offer reimbursement for services offered by an Out-of-network provider. If so, I can provide you with  a superbill  upon request.
